UPRISING provides an intense group class platform that is centered around the jump rope. We view the rope as one of the most effective ways to enhance your total-body strength and conditioning. Everything that we do is combined with it in order to maximize the results you're after.
UPRISING believes in providing full value to your class experience. You'll get specific coaching and feedback on your movement patterns and performance each day. All of our classes have a capped attendance, which means you'll never be overwhelmed by large numbers of people. This also provides clients the opportunity to build friendships and a sense of camaraderie within the studio.
